It all started when…
Working on the Walmart account, I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of a large variety of projects geared at transforming the customer experience. Much of that work has been related to “Swipe Up” a FITCH-designed comprehensive system that integrates the omnichannel customer experience, considering how the in-store, mobile, and online experience interact with one another seamlessly.
As we’ve partnered with Walmart to reimagine the in-store look and feel and strategized how best to optimize the space for customers, I’ve coordinated several projects across the box in categories including Pet, Grocery, Apparel, Seasonal, Home, Lawn & Garden and others. I work closely with the client to oversee marketing project timelines from concept ideation to in-store execution.
